- Condition Requirements:
- Unworn, unwashed items
- Original tags attached
- No pet hair or stains
- Original packaging for shoes/accessories
2. How to Return

- Choose method:
- Mail: Print prepaid label (U.S. only)
- Store: Drop at participating locations
- Pack securely and ship within 7 days
